HB 423, PN 439 (Gabler) – This bill creates a process for filling vacancies in second class townships (supervisor, tax collector, auditor, or any person elected to serve in office).  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 424, PN 440 (Benninghoff) – This legislation allows physician assistants to sign a death certificate for a patient under their care.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 461, PN 1026 (Killion) – Amends Title 44 (Law and Justice) to make more criminals subject to DNA collection in Pennsylvania and establishes a statewide DNA database.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 690, PN 848 (Eichelberger) – This bill establishes a statutory mechanism for the initial apportionment of any home rule or optional plan municipality without a mayor that will be dividing into wards either partially or totally. The current mechanism only applies to home rule or optional plan municipalities with a mayor.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 736, PN 899 (Martin) – This bill amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to allow (not require) parking authorities in cities of the second class A (Scranton) and third class to assign the enforcement and administration of parking-related resolutions, ordinances and laws to a parking authority.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
