HB 1195 PN 2622 (Schlegel Culver): This bill amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to further provides for the duration of perfection of security interests. The bill was approved (50-0).

HB 1579 PN 2273 (Rapp): This bill designates a portion of a bridge in the Tionesta Borough, Forest County, as the Lt. Col. Michael McLaughlin/AMVETS Post 113 Memorial Bridge. The bill was approved (50-0).

HB 1603 PN 2544 (Watson): This bill amends the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA) to bring Pennsylvania into compliance with uniform laws regarding interstate and international jurisdiction of family support orders. Senator Greenleaf offered Amendment A04988, which establishes new responsibilities for county children and youth services, provides for changes to permanency hearings for dependent children, provides for additional law enforcement responsibilities, and provides for new permanent living arrangements. The amendment was approved (50-0), and the bill went over as amended.

HB 1735 PN 2629 (Maher): This bill amends the Tobacco Product Manufacturer Directory Act to further provide for definitions. The bill was approved (50-0).

HB 1736 PN 2630 (Krueger-Braneky): This bill amends the Tobacco Settlement Agreement Act to further provide for definitions. The bill was approved (50-0).

SR 238 PN 1395 (Williams): This resolution directs the Joint State Government Commission to study the use of unmanned drones by State and local agencies, including law enforcement. The resolution was adopted (50-0).

HB 1322 PN 2628 (Kaufer): This bill amends the Public Welfare Code by ensuring residents applying for aid, provided by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, will list other states in which they have received aid. The bill was approved (47-3).

SR 256 PN 1461 (Gordner): This resolution adopts the rules of procedure governing the forthcoming due notice to Kathleen G. Kane, Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a full hearing under Article VI, Section 7 of the PA Constitution. The resolution was adopted (50-0).
