SB 977 PN 1421 (Gordner): The bill amends the Regulatory Review Act, providing additional legislative oversight of the regulatory review process.  The bill was approved by a vote of 29-21.

HB 1448 PN 2921 (Cutler): This bill would require the PA Department of Education, PA Higher Education Assistance Agency and institutions of higher education to make data available to students for purposes of selecting schools and programs of study.  The bill was approved by a vote of 50-0.

SB 611 PN 762 (DiSanto):  This bill amends the Public Employee Pension Forfeiture Act, further providing for definitions, for disqualification and forfeiture of benefits and for restitution for monetary loss; and repealing a retroactivity provision.   Senator DiSanto offered Amendment A05270, which amends when forfeiture occurs and requires the sentencing court to report a plea, verdict or order within three business days.  The amendment and the bill as amended were agreed to.

SR 209 PN 1222 (Rafferty): Directing the Joint State Government Commission to conduct a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the potential consolidation of interstate operations at the Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. The resolution was adopted by voice vote.

SR 228 PN 1427 (Eichelberger): This resolution would provide for a Global Education Task Force in Pennsylvania. The resolution was adopted 50-0.
