SB 772 PN 1879 (Gordner): This bill amends the Professional Psychologists Practice Act to make several revisions to licensure and practice updates to the Act. The Senate concurred the House amendments 49-0.

SB 983 PN 1852 (McGarrigle): This bill amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to allow for the parent or legal guardian of adult children to apply for a special disability plate. The Senate concurred the House amendments 49-0.

SB 1202 PN 1912 (Yaw): This bill amends the Achieving Better Care by Monitoring All Prescriptions Program (ABC-MAP) Act to provide for continuing education requirements. The bill was approved 49-0.

HB 1325 PN 3164 (Mustio): This bill amends the Second Class Township Code to authorize the board of supervisors to enact and enforce ordinances governing the creation or maintenance of storm water facilities. The bill was approved 48-1.

HB 1934 PN 3076 (Truitt): This bill authorizes the Department of General Services to convey a water tower and grant a utility easement located in West Chester to Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc. The bill was approved 49-0.

HB 2003 PN 3211 (Cutler): This bill authorizes the Department of General Services to convey land located in Lancaster County to the Southern Lancaster County Historical Society.  Senator Smucker offered Amendment A08385, which would add a land conveyance in Chester County to grant and convey the land to Willow Creek, LLC.  The amendment was unanimously agreed to and the bill went over as amended.

SB 279 PN 1903 (Hutchinson): This bill creates the “Pennsylvania Grade Crude Development Act.” The bill creates an advisory council, and provides for duties of the Pennsylvania Grade Crude Development Advisory Council. The Senate concurred the House amendments 37-12. 

SB 1195 PN 1929 (White):  This bill amends the “Pennsylvania Greenhouse Gas Regulation Implementation Act” (Act 175 of 2014) to update the deadlines for plan submission.  The Senate concurred the House amendments 38-11.
