SB 178 PN 551 (Scavello): This bill amends Title 37 (Historical and Museums) to update procedures for selling or disposing of abandoned property on loan to the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission; further provides for access to older records; and designates the Commission as the administrator of the State Archives.  The bill was approved 50-0.

SB 242 PN 984 (Baker): This bill amends The Underground Utility Line Protection Law by making several changes to the law, chiefly of which is transferring oversight of the One Call Law from the Department of Labor & Industry to the Public Utility Commission (PUC). The bill was approved 50-0.

SB 446 PN 986 (McGarrigle): This bill amends The Administrative Code to provide for the licensure of drug and alcohol recovery houses.  The bill was approved 50-0.

SB 639 PN 727 (Fontana): This bill allows municipalities, authorities, and other governmental entities to use existing PennVEST funding for repairs or replacements of sewer and water laterals on private property.  The bill was approved 50-0.

SB 656 PN 978 (Fontana): This bill authorizes municipalities and municipal authorities to use public funds to repair or replace contaminated, private water lateral lines when they pose a threat to the public health or safety. The bill was approved 50-0.
