SB 1 PN 886 (Corman): This bill amends Title 24 (Education) relating to the Public School Employees’ Retirement Code and Title 71 (State Government) relating to the State Employees’ Retirement Code. The bill was approved 28-19.

SB 514 PN 509 (Vance): Amends the Generic Equivalent Drug Law to provide for the substitution of an interchangeable biological product for a brand name biologic. The bill was approved 39-8

SB 678 PN 785 (Smucker): Amends the Public School Code of 1949, in the State System of Higher Education, further providing for definitions. The bill was approved unanimously, 47-0.

SB 266 PN 839 (Eichelberger): Authorizes the conveyance of two permanent utility and access easements in Peters Township, Franklin County. The bill was approved unanimously, 47-0.
