HB 239 PN 2334 (Greiner): This bill amends County Pension Law to provide that Cost-of-living adjustments (COLAs) do not need to be applied retroactively to the date of the last COLA.  The bill was approved (49-0).

SB 501 PN 1315 (Eichelberger): This bill provides for protection of paycheck and for the collection of political contributions by creating the Protection of Employee Wages Act.
