SB 356, PN854:  The legislation amends the Crimes Code to exempt those individuals who request criminal history information in order to become a volunteer with an affiliate of Little League Baseball from paying a fee. 

A0696(Erickson): This is a technical amendment to both Title 18 and Title 23.  It provides that a volunteer who serves without compensation for a Little League baseball team shall be exempt from the criminal background fee.  The amendment was unanimously adopted by a 49-0 vote.
