HB 235, PN264: The legislation amends Title 34 (Game) to lower the age of residents of the Commonwealth who are allowed to hold a falconry permit from 18 years of age to 16 years of age.  The bill also expands and refines eligibility requirements for obtaining a disabled person permit.  A 49-0 vote was recorded.
