Incentive Grant Act. The bill

purchasing of alternative fueled vehicles from 20% to 50% of project costs.

subdivisions and nonprofit groups, the grant would be for 60% of project costs.
It also establishes a rebate program for residents of the Commonwealth
who purchase a hybrid vehicle. A

SB 427, PN489: The legislation amends Title 68 (Real and Personal
Property) to further provide for required contractual provision regarding home
inspections and for reliance by buyer. The
bill requires a buyer to rely upon the written representation of home inspection
by those exempted under Section 7506 from joining a national home inspectors
association under the Home Inspection Law when they perform activities that are
regulated by their licensing boards. A

amends the Insurance Company Law to require copartnerships, associations,

purchase of a life insurance policy on the employee and obtain the written
consent of the employee. A 48-0
