SB 877, 1344:
The legislation establishes the Confidence in Law Enforcement Act to prohibit employment and require suspension of certain individuals as law enforcement officers charged with certain crimes.  The bill also establishes dismissal procedures for such officers.  A 50-0 vote was recorded.

The Senate concurred in House amendments as amended by the Senate to the following bills:
