requires advisors, who receive consideration for their

providing a means for the Pennsylvania Securities
Commission to be reimbursed for services rendered. The
Commission would only request such reimbursement if

bill amends the Pennsylvania Securities Act of 1972 by
further providing definitions, registration sanctions,

bill amends Title 20 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

amendment A 4629 that clarifies the language concerning
legal remedies.
SB 997, PN 1906 This
bill amends Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
statutes by providing that any justice who is
temporarily assigned to a political subdivision outside
the district in which they are assigned shall be paid by
the county in which the justice is temporarily
assigned. A 45-2 vote was recorded.
