The Senate voted to concur in House amendments to the following bill:

SB 748, PN1371: The bill amends the Library Code to allow the board of directors of a local library to submit an application to the State Librarian for consideration for a waiver of standards contained in the Library Code or regulation promulgated under the Library Code relating to hours of operation, continuing professional development, collections expenditures and any other standards related to the library operations approved by the State Librarian.  The bill also provides each local library with temporary emergency aid in accordance with certain calculations.  A 50-0 vote was recorded. 

 EXECUTIVE NOMINATIONS Brigadier General Jessica L. Wright was confirmed as the Adjutant General of Pennsylvania.  A 50-0 vote was recorded.
