PREFERRED APPROPRIATION BILL, SB 1123, PN1597: The legislation appropriates $23,490,000 from the State Employees’ Retirement Fund to provide for expenses of the State Employees’ Retirement Board for the 2004-2005 fiscal year.  A 49-0 vote was recorded.

HB 2447, PN3459: The legislation amends the Township State Highway Law by adding .766 miles (4,043.49 feet) of Park Avenue, Logan Township, Blair County and .465 miles (2,435.11 feet) of Amelia Avenue, Logan Township, Blair County to the state highway system. The roads will be known as State Route 1020.  A 49-0 vote was recorded.
