appropriates $41,776,000 from the Public School
Employees’ Retirement Fund to provide for expenses of
the Public School Employees’ Retirement Board for the
2004-2005 fiscal year. A 49-0 vote was recorded.
SB 1125, PN1599:
The legislation appropriates $22,902,000 from the
Professional Licensure Augmentation Account and
$8,778,000 from restricted revenue accounts within the
General Fund to the Department of State for use by the
Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. A 49-0
vote was recorded.
SB 1127, PN1601:
The legislation appropriates $4,689,000 from a
restricted revenue account in the General Fund to the
Office of Consumer Advocate in the Office of Attorney.

The legislation appropriates $ 967,000 from a
restricted revenue account in the General Fund to the
Office of Small Business Advocate in the Department of
Community and Economic Development. A 49-0 vote was

The legislation appropriates $55,000,000 from the
Workmen’s Compensation Administration Fund to the
Department of Labor and Industry to provide for the
expenses of administering the Worker’s Compensation Act
and The Pennsylvania Occupational Disease Act for the
2004-2005 fiscal year and for the payment of bills
incurred and remaining unpaid at the end of the
2003-2004 fiscal year. The bill also appropriates
$184,000 from the Workmen’s Compensation Administration
Fund to the Office of Small Business Advocate within the
Department of Community and Economic Development for the
2004-2005 fiscal year and for the payment of bills
incurred and remaining unpaid at the end of the
2003-2004 fiscal year. A 49-0 vote was recorded.
