HB 304, PN4020
: The legislation amends the Medical Practice Act to authorize home health care services ordered by physicians from another state.  This bill authorizes a physician from outside of Pennsylvania to order home care services for a patient in Pennsylvania.  Such services shall be delivered by a licensed home health agency.  A 50-0 vote was recorded.

SB 1024, PN1662: The legislation amends the Public School Code to add certain information to the State and School Report Cards required by current law. The bill requires more specific information to be included on the State and School Reports as it relates to the performance of students who have been enrolled in a school for less than two years, students who are classified as Limited English Proficient and students with disabilities.  A 50-0 vote was recorded.

SB 1052, PN1464: The legislation authorizes and directs the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey certain parcels of land in the City of Erie to the Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority.

A2030(Earll): This amendment provides for an additional land conveyance in the City of Erie.  A 50-0 vote was recorded.

SB 1100, PN1573: The legislation amends the “General County Assessment Law” to require local tax authorities to conduct a separate vote to raise property taxes following a countywide property reassessment. The bill provides that following a county-wide assessment, in Second Class A and Third Class counties, the real property tax rates must first be lowered at a rate that would generate the same revenue as the preceding year.  This must also create a revenue neutral switch between tax rates before and after the assessment.  A 50-0 vote was recorded.
