SB 346, PN 363:  This bill deletes a provision with the filing fee in the Pennsylvania Election Code.  Currently, each person who files a nominating petition for such positions shall pay for each petition at the time of filing.  The filing fee varies for various posts.  This bill removes the $5 fee for any positions within a borough, town or township of the first class.  A 49-0 vote was recorded.
