SB 1112, PN 1605: This bill establishes a Board of Directors for the Rouse Estate, located in Warren County.  The Rouse Estate was an almshouse created to benefit the poor.  It has evolved into a long-term care facility, assisted living facility and daycare facility.  A 49-0 vote was recorded.

HB 2762, 4178  This legislation would authorize and direct the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, to convey to Anthony R. Domiano, Sr., and Anthony R. Domiano, Jr., a certain tract of land situate in the Borough of Archbald, Lackawanna County, in exchange for certain tracts of land. 

A3590(Kasunic) This amendment conveys land owned by Fayette County, that has Project 70 restrictions on it to Woodlands Zoo.  The restrictions will remain and state that thre land must be used for recreation, conservation and historical purposes.  The land is being sold for the fair market price of $195,000.  A 49-0 vote was recorded.
