Anthony H. Williams offered amendment A4656, which would clarify the

This bill would amend the Plain Language Consumer Contract Act to

recorded.
SB 881, PN 1402:
This legislation would prohibit the use of eminent domain to condemn
private property in order to use it for private enterprise. Sen.
Piccola offered amendment A4692, which would make various changes with
regard to agricultural lands and exceptions for the Philadelphia
Regional Port Authority, low-income and mixed-income housing projects,
and property owners who would be isolated without road access. The
Senate agreed to the amendment, and the bill went over as amended.
SB 895, PN 1403:
This bill would make it unlawful for any person to taunt or torture an
animal owned and used by SEPTA or Port Authority police officers. Sen.
Tomlinson offered amendment A4788, which would make a technical change.
The Senate agreed to the amendment, and the bill was tabled and then
placed on the next day’s calendar.
HB 1057, PN 3103:
This bill would require retired law enforcement officers to obtain an
identification card indicating that they have complied with the firearms
training and qualification standards in order to carry a concealed
firearm. A vote of 48-0 was recorded.
HB 515, PN 3173:
This bill would amend the Tax Reform Code by reducing the personal
income tax rate, reducing the corporate net income tax rate, increasing
the cap on the net operating loss deduction, and increasing the sales
factor in calculating a corporation’s tax bill. A vote of 35-13 was
recorded in concurrence in House amendments to Senate amendments.
