This bill provides funding for the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Fund,
directing one-quarter mill of the Capital Stock-Franchise Tax to be
transferred from the General Fund. If enacted, this bill would cost the
General Fund approximately $36 million in FY 2004-05. A 46-0 vote was

This bill amends the Supplemental Public Transportation Account,
temporarily removing the $75 million cap on appropriations for mass
