This bill authorizes the release of restrictions of the Project 70 Land
Acquisition and Borrowing Act from the lands owned by Indiana County.
This is in return for the imposition of Project 70 restrictions on land
to be acquired by the Department of Transportation and deeded to Indiana
County.

The bill amends the Adoption Act to streamline the procedure for
registering foreign adoptions in Pennsylvania. The legislation provides
that a foreign adoption decree duly issued in another state or foreign
country may be filed with the clerk of courts for the county of the
adopting parents residence. A 46-0 vote was recorded.
