PASSED THE SENATE

 

SR 213, PN 1459: This resolution congratulates Widener University on the establishment of the Children of Active and Reserve Educational Scholarship (CARES) program.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

HB 1504, PN 3467: This bill would amend Title 30 (Fish) to provide for a $1 fishing license for former prisoners of war.  Sen. Mellow offered amendment A5714, which changed the effective date of the act and made other technical changes.  The Senate agreed to the amendment, and the bill went over as amended.

SR 143, PN 1011: This resolution urges the governor to accelerated the deployment of traffic sensor networks across the state.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SR 207, PN 1461: This resolution directs the Department of Environmental Protection to place a moratorium on actions related to the Pennsylvania Chesapeake Bay Tributary Strategy for nine months.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.
