PASSED THE SENATE

 

HB 1183, PN 1734: This bill would designate a bridge on State Route 271 in Cambria County as the “Sergeant Michael Strank Memorial Bridge.”  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 459, PN 3383: This bill would amend the Real Estate Tax Sale Law to provide further for the discharge of delinquent taxes when real property is donated to a political subdivision.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 936, PN 1489: This legislation would provide for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone service and establish the VoIP Emergency Services Fund.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 969, PN 1474: This bill would amend the Liquor Code by mandating “Responsible Alcohol Management Program” training for an operator of a bar or restaurant with underage drinking violations.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 1056, PN 1445: This legislation would exempt drivers operating a school bus or other commercial vehicle during a state of emergency from being prosecuted for an accident involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.
