The bill amends the Liquor Code by requiring the
board's Bureau ofAlcohol Education to
prepare a report on alcohol drinking and
high-risk college alcohol drinking in the Commonwealth. A vote of 47-0

SB 957, PN 1550:
The
bill amends the Crimes Code to add a section relating to the new
criminal offense of “robbery on the premises of a financial
institution”. Senator Waugh offered amendment A6299 that clarifies
language for certain definitions. The Senate agreed to the amendment,
and the bill went over as amended.
SR 167, PN 1551:
A Concurrent Resolution directing the Joint State Government Commission
to establish a task force to enlist the help of knowledgeable persons to
develop educational materials to identify elderly persons at risk for
suicide and to identify barriers and ways to surmount barriers
encountered by professionals and nonprofessionals in connecting at-risk
persons with appropriate resources. Senator Orie offered amendment
A6811, which was technical in nature. The Senate agreed to the
amendment, and the resolution was adopted unanimously.

This bill would amend Title 12 (Commerce and Trade) to make changes to
the Infrastructure and Facilities Improvement Program and the Film Tax
