PASSED THE SENATE

 

SR 232, PN 1534:  This resolution memorializes the Congress of the United State to provide funding to the National Park Service to expedite repairs of damage caused by vandalism at Gettysburg National Military Park.   It urges the National Park Service to work with Federal, State, and local law enforcement officials to apprehend and prosecute to the fullest extent available under statue the perpetrators of the vandalism.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 874, PN 1618:  This bill creates a new Bridge Bill.  It is an itemization for authorization of local and state bridges for repairs, rehabilitation, reconstruction and/or new construction.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 1160, PN 1599This bill would appropriate funds through the Department of Community and Economic Development for the Small Business Advocate for the 2006-07 fiscal year.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 1163, PN 1602:  This measure makes an appropriation from the Professional Licensure Augmentation Account and from the Restricted Account in the General Fund to the Department of State for the operation of professional licensure boards in the 06-07 fiscal year.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 1164, PN 1603:  Senate bill 1164 appropriates $39.5 million for the general government operations of the school employee’s retirement fund.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 1165, PN 1604:  Senate bill 1165 appropriates $24.9 million for the general government operations of the state employee’s retirement fund.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 1166, PN 1605:  Senate Bill 1166 provides for the Capital Budget Act of 2006-2007.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.
