HB 121, PN 3939:
This bill would amend the Vehicle Code to provide for passing and
overtaking streetcars, provide for snow or ice dislodged or falling from
moving vehicles, further provide for period of disqualification,
revocation or suspension or operating privilege, and further provide for
ignition interlock. Senator Brightbill offered amendment A7430 that is
technical in nature. The amendment was agreed to and a final vote of
42-7 was recorded.
HB 601, PN 3940:
This bill amends Title 75 as it pertains to violations when DUI is
involved. Senator Mellow offered amendment A7357 that is technical in
nature. The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over as amended.
SR 273, PN 1701:
This resolution designates the month of May 2006 as “Community Action
Month” in Pennsylvania. The resolution was adopted unanimously.
