This legislation would address a recent state Supreme Court ruling with
regard to Act 40 of 1931, which deals with the recording of property
deeds. This bill would require that property deeds be recorded and

This bill would amend the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act to exempt
residential coal-fired boilers from regulation under the act. A vote of
