HB 2457, PN 3569:  This bill designates the Bridge on the East Side Access Highway, SR 4034 over Fourmile Creek and the Wintergreen Gorge in Erie County as the Sergeant Donald S. Oaks Memorial Bridge.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded. 

SB 439, PN 1797:  The bill is the Sexual Assault Testing and Evidence Collection Act that directs the Department of Health to administer a statewide sexual assault evidence collection program.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 506, PN 1883:  The bill codifies Title 61, consolidating in one body of the law acts relating to prisons, probation and parole.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 655, PN 1911:  This bill amends the Engineer, Land Surveyor and Geologist Law to further provide for the terms “engineer” and “engineering” as they relate to the licensing and registration of persons practicing engineering and to provide for continuing professional engineering and professional land surveying competency and education requirements.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 901, PN 3978:  This bill amends the Vehicle Code providing for lighting on motorcycles.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1000, PN 1900: This bill shall be known as the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.  A final vote of 36-14 was recorded.

SB 1104, PN 1920:  This bill amends the Underground Utility Line Protection Law for the purpose of reestablishing the current law, which is scheduled to sunset December 31, 2006.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1115, PN 1639:  The bill amends the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act to add a definition of precursor substance.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1116, PN 1890:  This bill amends The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, further providing for prohibited acts and penalties and providing for reporting, for confidentiality and for false statements or misrepresentation.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1117, PN 1824:  The bill amends the Crimes Code adding a section making it a crime to operate a methamphetamine laboratory if the person knowingly causes a chemical reaction involving certain substances for the purpose of manufacturing methamphetamine or preparing a precursor substance.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1118, PN 1825:  The bill amends the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act to make it a specific violation of the act to knowingly possess ephedrine, pseudoephedrine or phenylpropanolamine with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1119, PN 1826:  The bill amends the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act to require reimbursement to law enforcement for the costs of cleaning up environmental hazards associated with the operation of a methamphetamine laboratory.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1120, PN 1912:  The bill amends the Crimes Code providing for methamphetamine laboratories and minors.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1237, PN 1842:  The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey certain lands in Lackawanna County.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 2376, PN 4310:  The bill amends the Liquor Code by further providing definitions, prohibiting the use of alcohol vaporizing devices, permit renewals and wine making.  A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.
