SR 326, PN 1947:  The purpose of this resolution is to extend the Select Committee on Innovative Financing.  A final vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 804, PN 4399:  This bill would amend Title 75 (Vehicles), as it pertains to leaving children unattended in motor vehicles, the grading of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, using a handheld mobile telephone, and PennDOT’s electronic titling program.  A final vote of 42-7 was recorded. 

SB 1121, PN 1891:  This bill provides for a program to address the illicit manufacture of methamphetamine in underground laboratories.  A final vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 1224, PN 1955:  This bill amends the Conservation District Law to further provide for Commonwealth appropriations.  A final vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 1244, PN 1954:  The bill amends Title 34 (Game) by further providing for certain individuals vested with powers of deputy Game Commission officers.  A final vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1320, PN 4308:  The bill amends Title 30 (Fish) by restricting the transport, sale, importation or release of non-native injurious fish.  A final vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1725, PN 3757:  This bill amends the Local Tax Collection Law by further providing for basic and continuing education for “qualified tax collectors,” the handling of records of tax collectors, the mailing of delinquent tax notices, the setting of compensation for interim tax bills, and the timely receipt of tax payments.  A final vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 557, PN 1962:  The bill amends the Crimes Code expanding and clarifying the provisions prohibiting contraband.  Senator Greenleaf offered amendment A8634 that is technical in nature and replaces the term “inmate” with “confined person”.
