SB 1330, PN 2030: This bill amends Title 75 as it pertains to
the solicitation of funds. It would exempt charity organizations that
are registered with the Department of Sate under the Solicitation of
Funds for Charitable Purposes Act from the prohibition of soliciting
funds by the roadside. Senator Robbins offered amendment 9394 that was
technical in nature. The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over
as amended.
