PASSED THE SENATE

 

SB 862, PN 2101: The legislation amends Title 4, the Pennsylvania Race Horse and Development and Gaming Act. A vote of 50-0 was recorded and it went into concurrence.

SB 1266, PN 2085: This bill amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, granting certain leaves of absence for some officers and employees of the Pennsylvania National Guard. A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1207, PN 1895: The legislation amends the Administrative Code by changing all references of “State Police Force” to “Pennsylvania State Police and changes “men” to “enlisted members”. It also states that the Pennsylvania State Police shall consist of a Commissioner, Deputy Commissioners and enlisted members. A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1303, PN 2060: This bill will amend Title 4 by adding a section that will require the Board of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to submit an annual itemized budget, including administrative expenses, to the General Assembly. A final vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 1526, PN 1859: The bill adds Subsection 13 to supplement existing language in the Consumer Discount Company Law by providing for a delinquency charge of the greater of $20 or 10% of each payment or contract which is in default for more than 15 days. A vote of 4-46 was recorded. The bill was reconsidered and then went over in its order.

SB 1235, PN 2056: This bill amends the Acupuncture Registration Act to further regulate the practice of acupuncture. Amendment 9386 was offered by Senator Rhoades and was technical in nature. The amendment was agreed to and went over as amended.
