SB 1303, PN 2060: This bill will amend Title 4 by adding a
section that will require the Board of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control
Board to submit an annual itemized budget, including administrative

HB 1526, PN 1859: The bill adds Subsection 13 to supplement
existing language in the Consumer Discount Company Law by providing for
a delinquency charge of the greater of $20 or 10% of each payment or
contract which is in default for more than 15 days. A vote of 4-46 was
recorded. The bill was reconsidered and then went over in its order.
SB 1235, PN 2056: This bill amends the Acupuncture Registration
Act to further regulate the practice of acupuncture. Amendment 9386 was
offered by Senator Rhoades and was technical in nature. The amendment
was agreed to and went over as amended.
