PASSED THE SENATE

 

SB 983, PN 2112 - The legislation amends the Vital Statistics Law, further providing for registration districts and local registrars' duties.  A final vote of 49-0 was recorded. 

SB 1305, PN 2114 - This bill amends the Administrative Code to provide for transfers of appropriations between funds and for notice of transfers and loans between funds.  A final vote of 28-21 was recorded. 

HB 1285, PN 4714 - This bill amends Title 74, Transportation, providing for administrative practice and procedure and making a related repeal.  A final unanimous vote was recorded. 

SB 1297, PN 2033 - The bill designates the third Saturday in June as Juneteenth National Freedom Day.  A final vote of 49-0 was recorded. 

SR 311, PN 2108 – The Senate adopted this resolution which recognizes the Federal Aviation Administration's plan to divert air traffic from the Philadelphia International Airport over Delaware County and calling on the Federal Aviation Administration to conduct public hearings to obtain additional input on the issue and to afford residents and local government officials an opportunity to comment on the proposed plan.  A final unanimous vote was recorded. 

SR 348, PN 2081 - This resolution was adopted by the Senate and designates October 16 through October 22, 2006 as “Infection Prevention Week” in Pennsylvania.  A final vote of 49-0 was recorded
