Construction Code Act. Sen. Gordner offered amendment A10505, which was
technical in nature. The Senate agreed to the amendment, and the bill

HB 1631, PN 4941: This bill would make several amendments to the
Vehicle Code. Sen. Conti offered amendment A9918, which would outlaw
driving while using a handheld cell phone. This would be a secondary
offense only. A vote of 29-18 was recorded on the amendment, and the
bill went over as amended.
HB 2003, PN 2754: This bill would amend the County Code to
remove the requirement that appointments of special counsel receive
approval from the court of common pleas. A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

state identification cards to children age 11 and older. A vote of 48-0

HB 2563, PN 3806: This bill would permit a law enforcement
