PASSED THE SENATE

 

SB 431, PN 162:  The legislation provides for a land conveyance in Adams County.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded

SB 537, PN 982:  This bill amends Title 18, making it unlawful for any person to knowingly install or reinstall a fraudulent air bag on a motor vehicle.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded. 

SB 729, PN 797This bill requires the Treasurer to post the salaries of all state employees on the internet and to update the information each month.  Senator Pileggi offered amendment A0653, which was technical in nature.  The bill was agreed to and went over as amended. 

SB 740, PN 946The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey to Centre County certain tracts of land.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded. 

SB 755, PN 831This bill amends the Act that regulates pilots and pilotage for the Port of Philadelphia and the Capes of the Delaware.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded. 

SR 102, PN 979The Resolution designating May 19, 2007, as "Child Passenger Safety Day" in Pennsylvania.
