grants to implement medical safety automation systems. The program
provides grants to health care providers or to regional health
information organizations to implement medial safety automation

The legislation establishes the Home Improvement Consumer Protection
Act. It provides for the regulation of home improvement contracts and
the registration of contractors who own and operate a home improvement
business or who undertakes, offers to undertake or agrees to perform any
home improvement. A vote of 46-1 was recorded.
SB 116, PN 1038:
The legislation amends the Judicial Code to provide for the creation of
a Statewide Jury Information System. A vote of 47-0 was recorded.
SR 125, PN 1086: This resolution would designate the month
