This bill would amend Title 75 by adding cities of the second class to
the jurisdictions affected by Section 7304.1 “Reports and removal of
abandoned vehicles within the boundaries of a city of the first class.”
Senator Pileggi offered amendment A2949, which was technical in nature.
The Senate agreed to the amendment, and the bill went over as amended.
HB 896, PN 2238:
The legislation allows wineries, which have the interest of promoting
Pennsylvania products and culture, to obtain a special permit for use at
wine, food and cultural expositions, as well as farmer markets. A vote
of 43-6 was recorded.
