Governor’s Center for Local Government Services encouraging volunteer
emergency service organizations to form partnerships or associations,
regionalize, consolidate, and/or merge. Senator Don White offered

Education to provide an annual report on the operation of the
Educational Assistance Tutoring Program and further provides for

42 over the Catawissa Creek in Columbia County as the William F. Gittler,

by providing that the Department awards grants available to designated
veterans’ service organizations to support veterans’ service officer
programs. Senator Baker offered Amendment A03409, which was technical
