The bill
codifies provisions of law relating to the Juvenile Court Judges’
Commission into the Judicial Code and expands the commission’s mission
to provide assistance on dependency and delinquency issues. Sen. Costa
offered amendment A03393 that was technical in nature. The amendment
was agreed to and the bill was moved up.
