PASSED THE SENATE

 

 

SB 1137, PN 1510: This bill extends the Mcare abatement expiration from December 31, 2007 to December 31, 2008.  A vote of 44-2 was recorded.

HB 191, PN 1007: This legislation allows for a 17 year old to donate blood without parental consent as well as a 16 year old with the written consent of a parent or guardian.  A vote of 46-0 was recorded.

SB 1068, PN 1372: This bill amends the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act (Act 108 of 1988) to provide for additional funding from civil penalties.  A vote of 46-0 was recorded.

SB 1069, PN 1373: The bill amends the Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund Act (Act 50 of 1993) to provide for additional reporting requirements.  A vote of 46-0 was recorded.

SB 1100, PN 1483: This bill provides funding for the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Fund.  Monies for the fund would come from existing legislative accounts and the Capital Stock and Franchise Tax.  A vote of 46-0 was recorded.
