This bill would amend the act of July 10, 1990, known as
the Real Estate Appraisers Certification Act, further providing for real
estate appraiser certification required, for powers and duties of the
board, for application and qualifications, for reciprocity, for
certification renewal and record, for disciplinary and corrective
measures, for reinstatement, for reporting of multiple certification,
for surrender of suspended or revoked certificate, for penalties, for
injunctive relief and for scope of practice. Sen. Pileggi offered
Amendment A04104 that further clarified the qualifications of an
appraiser. The amendment was agreed to and the bill was moved up.
SB 390, PN 1489:
This bill would amend Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) to define the
offense of “phishing” and provide for
the grading of offenses. Sen. Corman offered Amendment
A04060, that was technical in nature. The amendment was
agreed to and the bill was moved up.
