This bill is known as the “Pennsylvania Climate Change Act.” The bill
provides for an inventory of greenhouse gases, a stakeholder process,
and a voluntary registry of greenhouse gas emissions. A vote of 47-3

This bill amends Title 27 (Environmental Resources) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes to add a new chapter (Chapter 65) to provide for
uniform environmental covenants. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
SB 777, PN 1560:
This bill amends The Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law to assist school
district, cities, townships, and boroughs with collecting delinquent
real estate taxes and municipal fees. A vote of was recorded. Senator
Dinniman offered amendment A04377, which would have limit attorney fees
to 20 percent of the delinquent account. A vote of 26-24 was recorded
and the amendment failed. A vote of 28-22 was recorded on the bill.
SB 1051, PN 1561:
The bill amends Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) Chapter 56
(Municipal Authorities) to require an airport authority to adopt
resolutions providing for circumstances under which citizens can gain
access to records under the Right-to-Know Act and a code of ethics
consistent with the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act. It also
requires that an authority incorporated by a third class city within a
third class county to form a board of 11 members. A vote of 50-0 was
recorded.
SR 195, PN 1464:
This resolution directs the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to
undertake a comprehensive review of Pennsylvania’s Farmland Preservation
Program. The Senate agreed to the adoption.
