This bill
amends the act of June 21, 1957, known as the Right-to-Know Law. It
creates a new, easier system for making requests and outlines an appeals
process.
Senator Pileggi offered Amendment A04456, which changed the definition
of legislative agency and legislative record; broadened the availability
of administrative hearing transcripts and made other technical changes.
The amendment was adopted by a vote of 46-3 and the bill went over as
amended.
