This bill amends Title 30 (Fish) by allowing the Pennsylvania Fish &
Boat Commission to make available vouchers for fishing licenses and
permits purchased by a third party. A vote of 48-0 was recorded.
SB 1121, PN 1482:
This bill amends Title 75 (Vehicle Code) by adding “local emergency
coordinator” to those that can use a privately owned vehicle used in
answering an emergency call. A vote of 48-0 was recorded.
HB 17, PN 1262: The legislation amends Title 75 (Vehicle
Cod) to comply with the federal Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act (MCSIA).
Senator Madigan offered amendment A05111, which updates the definition
for automated red light enforcement systems, increases the weight limit
for specialty plates and adds a definition for food delivery vehicles.
The Senate agreed to the amendment and it went over in its order.
