HB 1795, PN 2448: This bill names the Powell Avenue Bridge on State Route 299 in Millcreek Township, Erie County.  The bridge will be known as the Staff Sergeant Jeremy R. Horton Memorial Bridge.  A 48-0 vote was recorded.
