SB 963, PN 1157: This bill would amend Title 68 (Real and
Personal Property) and permit a condominium association to adopt the
Uniform Condominium Act if 67% of the association’s members agree. A
vote of 47-0 was recorded.
SB 1153, PN 1538: The bill amends the Judicial Code to bring
the independent Minor Judiciary Education Board under the umbrella of
the United Judicial System. Senator Greenleaf offered amendment A06277,
which is technical in nature.
SR 246, PN 1799: The resolution designates April 16, 2008, as
“Healthcare Decision Day” in Pennsylvania. The Senate agreed to the
adoption.
