PASSED THE SENATE

 

 

SB 1103, PN 1427The legislation authorizes the transfer of certain land in Philadelphia County to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded. 

SB 1308, PN 1832This legislation authorizes a land conveyance in Solebury Township, Bucks County.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded. 

SB 1311, PN 1845This bill authorizes the conveyance of certain lands in the City of Warren, Warren County.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded. 

SB 998, PN 1804This legislation allows for Licensed Clinical Social Workers to receive reimbursement from insurance companies for providing mental health services.  Senator McIlhinney offered amendment A06487, which was technical in nature.  The Senate agreed to the amendment and the bill went over as amended.

SR 206, PN 1817The resolution directs the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to study the improvement and enhancement of telecommunications coverage in the cell phone industry.  Senator Rhoades offered amendment A06529, which was technical in nature.  The senate agreed to the amendment and the resolution went over as amended.
