amends the Liquor Code by further providing for the definitions of
“eligible entity” and “public venue” and further providing for hotel
licenses.
A vote of 44-4 was recorded. However, the Senate agreed to a motion to
reconsider the bill and a final vote of 43-5 was recorded.
HB 1392, PN 1713: The legislation authorizes the release of
Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act restrictions on land owned
by Beaver County and located in Marion Township, Beaver County. The
land will be conveyed by Beaver County to the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation. A vote of 48-0 was recorded.
