Borrowing Act restrictions on land owned by the Borough of Old Forge and
located in Lackawanna County so that it can be sold for no less than

This bill
would establish the Interbranch Commission on Juvenile Justice Act to
review and study recent issues experienced within the Luzerne County
juvenile justice system, to ascertain how the system failed, to help
restore public confidence in the administration of justice and to
prevent similar events from occurring in the future.
A vote of 49-0 was recorded.
