SB 917, PN 1108: This legislation amends Act 407 of 1963 to
change the County Records Committee membership from 15 to 16, and
includes the gubernatorial appointment of a Clerk of Orphans’ Court to
the Committee. A vote of 48-0 was recorded.
SR 142, PN 1227: The resolution directs the Legislative Budget
and Finance Committee to complete a study and cost analysis of the
implementation of a statewide blighted property database and report its
findings, conclusions and recommendations to the Senate. The Senate
agreed to the resolution.
