PASSED THE SENATE

 

 

SB 491, PN 1307 The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey, at a price to be determined through a competitive bid process, certain lands, buildings and improvements located in the City of Oil City, Venango County.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded. 

SB 492, PN 1308:  The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey, at a price to be determined through a competitive bid process, certain lands, buildings and improvements located in the Second Ward of the City of Corry, Erie County.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 703, PN 776:  This bill amends the Landscape Architects Registration Law to remove language permitting registration without examination and to increase the number of continuing education hours from 10 to 24.  A vote of 48-2 was recorded.
